Eragon is an action packed book of dragons and magic. It is very long but intriguing, there are always reviews by newspapers on the back of books saying ‘amazing’ or ‘magical’ etc. But this is one of the only books that are suitable for these phrases. A boy names Eragon, an old man called Brom and Eragon’s friend sapphire set out an impossible adventure over the Hadorac desert to avenge his Uncles murder by the Razaac and to discover the true powers of a dragon and the rider. Brom educates him in the skills of sparing and magic. Many cities store dangers and suspicions, growing into midnight flees and fights for survival. Eragons only wish is vengeance, but getting into trouble with a shade and deals with dwarves doesn’t let you walk home. His choices will change their world forever. Will he defeat evil?
